We can prepare your Classic Garden Structure with pre-wiring so that you can complete the outfitting with the lighting, fans or other electrical devices of your choice. Of course you and your local contractor are also responsible for the electrical connection to the structure.

Items we supply include breaker boxes, switches, outlets, wiring other terminals that you might require. This standard equipment is engineered to meet most residential building codes. However, please contact us to discuss the details of your electrical requirements. Your local authorizing agency, township or municipality might have specific requirements and therefore during the planning phase we will want to make sure to avoid any unpleasant surprises relating to electrical codes
